Hi, I'm Dr. Jade Geary.

I'm the founder of Lumos Collective, a Reiki Master Teacher, tarot reader, educator, and lifelong student of magic.

Before opening Lumos Collective, I spent more than a decade in higher education, earning my doctorate in education and teaching as a professor and academic librarian. Long before I was guiding Reiki students, I was designing learning experiences that helped people build confidence, think critically, and develop skills that last far beyond the classroom.

Today, I bring that same philosophy into every Reiki training I teach.

I don't believe transformation happens by memorizing information over a weekend.

I believe it happens through practice, reflection, curiosity, and community.

That's why every Reiki class at Lumos Collective is intentionally designed to give you time to ask questions, integrate what you're learning, receive thoughtful feedback, and discover your own unique relationship with Reiki.

My goal isn't to create practitioners who all heal the same way.

My goal is to help you become the most authentic, intuitive, and confident version of yourself as a healer.

Whether you're pursuing Reiki to support your own healing, care for loved ones, work with clients, or simply deepen your spiritual practice, you'll be met with compassion, encouragement, and a genuine commitment to your growth.

Teaching Reiki is one of my greatest joys because I believe healing expands when it's shared. Every student who walks through our door brings their own gifts, experiences, and wisdom. Watching those gifts unfold is one of the greatest honors of my work.
